A 12-BORE PERCUSSION CARBINE SIGNED C. MAYBURY, MODEL 'INDIAN TYPE', serial no. 161, with round fixed sight 21 1/2in. barrel marked 'M.P.BHD III L.N. 350.M.', plain lock dated 1852 on the tail (probably spurious), wood full-stock, brass furniture except iron saddle-bar and ring, missing ramrod.
